Battery Warranty

HOT PAXX warranties batteries for one year against manufacturer defects.

The following are not covered by warranty:

Short circuit damage
Water damage - splash water only, no subersion
BMS Parameter changes
BMS reset

Razor Kit Warranty

Razor kits come with 90 day warranty against major defects.

The following are not covered by warranty:

Fardriver parameter changes
Fardriver reset
Motor sprocket stud damage
Stripped motor mounting threads

Individually Sold Fardriver Warranty

Fardriver controllers are tested by the factory before shipping and can be damaged by incorrect installation or programming and therefore are not covered by warranty.

If you are not experienced in programming we suggest purchasing a pre-programmed kit.

Motor Warranty

Motors come with 90 dwarranty against major defects.

The following are not covered by warranty:

Overheat damage
Motor sprocket stud damage
Stripped motor mounting threads
Stripped drive using sprockets from other suppliers
Water ingestion. Splash water only.
