Return Policy

If you change your mind about a product and it is in new condition, you can return it to HOT PAXX for refund within 60 days of your purchase.  20% restocking fee for kits, and 10% restocking fee for all other items.  Buyer pays return shipping.

Retaining your original packaging is recommend in case you need to return your battery or if it requires service.  The original battery packaging with foam is required to comply with shipping regulations.  Your charge and discharge leads are the biggest risk for short circuit during transport and need to protected as they were when you received your battery.  Batteries not recieved in original packaging will have $40 deducted from your refund.  Batteries should be shipped UPS ground.​

Controllers can be damaged by incorrect wiring or programming and are non-returnable.

Motors not recieved in original packaging will have $15 deducted from your refund.

 

If your product has evidence of installation, it is no longer new and your refund will be deducted based on received condition.

Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to post to your account (typically takes 1-4 days).  This is the electronic transaction time.
