Shipping Policy
HOT PAXX ships same day M,W,Th,F. Some orders ship the same hour placed. Check your shipping address before placing orders. Paypal using old addresses is common. Batteries and orders over $150 ship UPS ground and small items ship USPS. Tracking numbers are automatically sent when shipping is purchased. If you did not get a tracking number and HOT PAXX is not responding, chances are the email address provided was incorrect and you should contact us at HOTPAXX@gmail.com

HOT PAXX services the lower 48 states and Hawaii.
No battery shipments to Hawaii at this time.
Return Policy
If you believe you have received a defective product contact HOTPAXX@gmail.com and we will provide an immediate replacement. If you change your mind about a product and it is in new condition, you can return it to HOT PAXX for a full refund. If your purchase is a kit, returns include a 20% restocking fee. Controllers are tested by the factory before shipping and can be damaged by incorrect installation or programming and therefore are non-refundable. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. If you have a problem with something we sell you, please tell us about it - we would like the opportunity to make it right and to learn from it.
